Costs and Fees

These include a Will, Power of Attorney, and Advance Directive that allows you to appoint a health care representative and addresses your wishes for end of life care. The packages run approximately $800 for a single person and $1,050 for a married couple. *The fees in complex situations may be higher.

These include a Revocable Living Trust, Pour Over Will, Power of Attorney, Health Care Representative Appointment, HIPPA Release and Living Will, and generally start at approximately $1,400.00 for single individuals and $2,000 for married couples. *This excludes the cost of preparing a deed transferring your real estate to your trust.

The cost can vary depending upon the type of Special Needs Trust you need. It can start at approximately $350 for basic advice and special needs provisions added to your will. The costs will be higher if you need a stand-alone special needs trust. It really depends on the specific situation. If you are seeking advice on ABLE Accounts alone, that is less expensive – starting at approximately $250.00.

Plans generally start in the $2,500 range; and can vary depending on the circumstances involved.

This type of work is often done on an hourly basis. My hourly rate is $225.00. There are times when I am able to work for a flat fee, particularly if there are minimal assets involved and your situation qualifies as a small estate. This is determined on a case-by-case basis. An initial consultation on probate and trust administration matters is free.

Sometimes, clients just need one or two types of document. In this case, Powers of Attorney are $250. Funeral Planning Declarations are $250. Out of Hospital Do Not Resuscitate Orders are $250, and the Indiana Advanced Directive which allows you to appoint a health care representative and to address your end of life wishes is $300. Transfer on Death Deeds for your Home are $375.00. If married couples need the same document, I offer a discount for them.
